Maksud dan tujuan dari pelatihan Training for Trainers (TOT) ini adalah sejumlah kompetensi yang harus dicapai peserta pelatihan selama sampai dengan akhir proses pelatihan kerja. Uraian yang terdapat pada tujuan pelatihan pada dasarnya mengarah kepada pemenuhan persyaratan jabatan/pekerjaan yang ditetapkan oleh industri/pasar kerja, sehingga setelah selesai mengikuti program pelatihan, peserta pelatihan mampu mengisi jabatan/profil pekerjaan yang dibutuhkan oleh industri/pasar kerja nasional atau internasional.

Ahmad Dhani Marhadi

Ahmad Dhani Marhadi is a certified BNSP trainer Level 6.0 and highly qualification with more than 10 years’ experience in local institution such as Ministry of Social, Ministy of PUPR, Ministry of Trade and Industry, Ministry of Communication and Information and others industry. He is a Bachelor’s degree graduated from University of Krisna Dwipayana Faculty of engineering majoring in electrical and telecommunications engineering and hold a Master Degree Mastertrainer der beruflichen Bildung from Otto Von Guericke Univesitat Magdeburg in Germany. His philosophy is to reinforce existing skills and competencies so that we became more productive within our expertise and discipline or beyond. He is a good sample of people with technical background become productive and successful in other field such as a trainer in the industry. The level of the TOT training program is based on the Indonesian national qualification framework (KKNI), both tiered and non-level (specific & unit) job training programs that refer to work competency standards, filled with levels I to IX, according to the clustering agreed upon by the stakeholders or in accordance with the needs of the labor market and the world of business/industry.

  • Workshop Delivery

Throughout the course a variety of training methods are used. The intention is, of course, to take every oppor tunity to familiarise participants with different methods. Thus, they will learn about a particular training method not only through a special ‘demonstration’, but also experience it as trainees in real training situations during the course. Most sessions are based on contributions from participants. The course leader’s main role is to elicit these contributions through tactical questioning and by leading discussions.
